Jack's Christmas Musical

It's Jack's turn!  Last night we celebrated another Christmas Musical.  This time it was the first grade class!  Another great event!!!

Jack has lots of great friends and classmates!!!

He is into spiking his hair these days!!!  He takes pride in the perfect spike using dads hair gel.

Cowboys

Pa and Jack have a standing date every Tuesday afternoon!  Pa picks up Jack from our house and they head over to Kubicki Stables for joint horse back riding lessons!  It started out as Jack taking lessons but then my dad decided to brush the dust off his cowboy boots and saddle and join the fun!

These two have so much in common and it is so special they can share a hobby together!   Great bonding time and making memories together!

Happy Halloween 2016

What a fabulous night of trick or treating!  The weather was so beautiful, the excitement was in the air, the grandparents came over and the neighbors were all out!  A fun night indeed!

(AND I USED MY GOOD CAMERA FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS!)  PICTURE HAPPY BELOW.....

Jacks flag football

What a great season of flag football for Jack!  They just competed in the end of season turkey bowl at the Paul Brown Stadium today! And they WON the entire tournament.  1st place!  You should see the size of their trophy!  And since Conger Construction Group sponsored the tournament - We came home with the trophy!  Jack feels like he won the superbowl!  What a great season!  We are so glad we made the decision to do the flag football instead of tackle football.  We didn't feel it was necessary!

Jack's officially a Boy Scout

Jack is officially a Boy Scout. Well actually a tiger cub since he is in first grade. He is so happy to have 22 of his first grade friends in his "den!"

Here he is at his first pack meeting where they had to drink "bobcat blood" to be initiated.

He thought that was so cool!!!  What a neat experience this will be for Jack to share with his dad!

My cowboy!

Thanks to Pa Rummler, Jack has been able to pick up his horseback riding lessons again! His stable from last year was not offering lessons again this fall so we had to start from scratch. We found a new stable (kubiki equestrian stable) which is a whole lot closer for us to travel to!  So it's a win-win situation. Pa takes Jack on Tuesdays for a 45 minute private lesson on a beautiful horse named, Patch.

I tagged along yesterday and was able to watch Jack in all of his glory.  He even trotted a little bit yesterday on the horse.  He seems nervous yet comfortable at the same time.

It's so rewarding for me to see my son have such a passion in his life!  He loves horseback riding!

Warms my heart!

Before the lesson begins Jack has to groom his horse.

He is wearing his new cowboy boots he received for Christmas.

You look so grown up on this horse, Jack!

Tennis lessons

My kids have taken an interest in tennis recently.  They know it's "mommy's sport" and have loved watching my matches over the summer!  Our new neighborhood club tennis pro, Tyler has started a junior program so we decided to explore some private lessons for the kids after school.  These two are so competitive with each other that Tyler can use that to his advantage during their lessons.  It's great!  Learning a new sport is always a great pastime.  I see some family doubles in our future soon...

Happy 3rd Birthday, Grace

Tomorrow (01/07) you turn THREE years old!!!!  I cannot believe it!  You truly continue to complete our family and bring us so much love and...
